Don’t expect much
The hotel was clean. That’s about the only good thing I can say. This hotel is OLD and it shows. The front desk people we ok, but not a lot of “services” offered. We did not try pool, hot tub, or gym. The “restaurant” is average at best with a VERY limited menu and it’s only open for dinner. The “breakfast” offered in lobby were limited and of mediocre quality. They ran out of the pastries by 8:30 then just cold store-bought donuts. If you need a place to stay that’s near the Vail hospital (for surgery) this is super convenient, but don’t expect much, and you will not be disappointed.

Front staff was very welcoming and helpful, they got us in quickly. After a 18hr trip to Vail, the best thing was getting to our room quickly! Beds were really comfortable, however the pillows I felt they were too hard. No feathers here. Other than that my stay here was awesome. Its super easy to get around and great places to eat.

The front desk clerk, did not speak clear English, then when we checked out at 5:30 Am no one was at the front desk I called no answer, I waited over 10 min, finally a guy pushing a cart came by, ask if anyone was here to check out he said was him, I watch 2 other people just leaves key, no room number, he said in 2 hours he would check everyone out. It was a great location, big rooms .
