Not good!
I made my reservation at expedia.com, but when I arrived the hotel did not have my reservation - and the hotel was full. I had with me the confirmation from expedia, but still; the staff told me that this was MY problem and could not help me. This happend to several other people that I met - it seems like its kind of their policy to overbook - so that the hotel is always full - and then just send guests without a room away to find a room at another hotel on their own. A very bad experience!
