This hotel has some real potential. The location is amazing, but if you are with a car, be prepare to pay 25 euro a night.
Pet friendly but impossible to communicate via email or telephone previous to one´s arrival in order to advise one has a dog.
Not everyone enjoys both sex changing facilities, this should be clearly stated on the website or in the room, so one can take a shower before going down to the pool. A little reinforcement of pool and gym etiquette would be nice too.
Breakfast was amazing and if one have a pet, they will accommodate you in a separate area, with no light and no air conditioning, unless you ask. (This was a little annoying, and judging by the face of the hostess, it was also annoying for her).
Customer service lacks, the check-in was very unpleasant, either new person or too stressed, not sure, but there was not a single greeting or a smile at Reception, only by the 4th day when we were about to leave.
As I said, great potential, but some training in customer service would help in all departments: Reception, Restaurant (breakfast) and Housekeeping. The location is great, beautiful facilities and very comfortable rooms.
