On hotels.com, the hotel had airco. But when I called the Hotel to ask them to put on already the airco (on an extremely warm summer day), they told me that the only available rooms were without airco because of technical problems, the bookings sites had been informed. When I told them that I had booked specifically a room with airco Nino and Ellen from Fletcher Weert sprung into action.
Within 2minutes, Nino called me back to tell me that a room with airco had been arranged.
