Comfortable Stay although we payed an extra $21.00 for the upgraded rooms facing the water & room was a lil outdated & unable to enjoy the view that we payed extra due to the window being dusty & dirty from outside!

Stopping along the way...
We were just passing through the desert from Lake Havasu and took the notion to stay in Laughlin. Hotel was pleasant, room spacious but bathroom could use a bit of reno work. Good night's rest.

Check in was great. The room was dusty and the carpet didn’t look like it had been vacuumed. The worst part was the bathroom floor. There was black hair and dirty all over the floor especially behind the door. I don’t think the staff cleaned the floor in the whole room at all.

There was a bunch of kids running up and down the hall way where our room was. They slammed doors throughout the night. Part of some baseball tournament. The rooms do not block out the noise.

Best Hotel on the river!
Easy check-in. Loved that our bathroom had shower doors instead of those horrible plastic curtains at others hotels. Definitely would recommend to others.

Don’t stay here
The “newly renovated” rooms do not exist. The shower is small and no water pressure. The room we had was so bad the toilet paper holder didn’t even work. The bed was low and terrible. I would not stay here again

Ok stay
Room seemed dusty with a tone of hair on the window like someone shaved string out the window. The shampoo and conditioner containers in the shower were completely empty so first thing to do is call housekeeping. Beds were ok but I recommend asking for more pillows. Over all it was a good stay for a family of 3 with a five year old.

RV living - I go where I’m Towed
Hotel was very busy with New Years travelers. They had lots of fun activities especially for their Caesar Rewards members. All in all a fun weekend. The hotel is one of the older hotels and our room was large but old and basic. The bathroom was nice and had been updated with a nice shower and vanity.
