Hospitality- all time low
Hi,
I am writing to formally demand a full refund of in the amount of $129.71 for a reservation I made at Quality Inn Suites for the night of March 28, 2025. I initially booked a two-night stay but contacted the hotel.com in advance to modify my reservation to a one-night stay, which was confirmed via messages . I have written proof of this agreement., see attached.
Upon arrival at the hotel on March 28th was wrongly denied my stay. The staff claimed I should have checked in the previous night, which contradicts the written confirmation I received. Despite showing proof of my reservation adjustment, I was refused service and denied a refund. This constitutes as unfair business practice.
I am requesting an immediate refund of $129.71 to my original form of payment. If I do not receive a response within 7 business days, I will escalate this matter by:
1. Filing a chargeback with my credit card company.
2. Submitting complaints to the Better Business Bureau
3. Pursuing legal action, including filing a claim in small claims court for breach of contract.
4. Informing local media and review platforms about my experience due to discrimination.
I hope to resolve this issue amicably and expect a prompt response. You may contact me if you wish to discuss this matter further
