The hotel rooms in this hotel do not look like the ones pictured in the listing. It was very dirty - there were weird stains on the walls, the chair, and the bedskirt; the bed was dirty and I wasn’t sure whether it had been changed or cleaned; the floors were dirty enough that my dog was finding stuff on the floor to eat; and the smell in the non-smoking room was very strong. When I asked to be moved to a new room, it still smelled strongly but was a little cleaner (still dirt in the chair and on the nightstand) and I was trying to convince myself it would be all right to stay in when, after a little while, I noticed a fair amount of mold on the bathroom ceiling. When I went down and said I would find somewhere else to stay, the very kind woman at the front desk told me that hotel policy prevented them from refunding me anything onsite, even the pet fee I had paid upon arrival, and that I would need to go through management to see what could be arranged. I have yet to resolve the situation.
