It's not my first stay here and its usually a nice place to stay, good location and nice staff. This time I stayed in a solo threebed room. After a few hour I realise that I didn't have any electricity in my room and went to the reception and told them my problem. They promise to look into it and come back to me. Nobody did and because I was busy working on my computer and needed to reload it I went back to the reception. They come with a lot of stupid excuses and after a while admitted that something was broken and that I couldn't be fixet during my two night stay. It's not possible to stay in a room without electricity with only one lamp in the ceiling specially because I was working and need both my computer and my cellphone. I asked to be moved to another room or to an other hotel but got no help at all. The threaten to throw me out on the street if I didn't accept to stay in the room without electricity and I had no other option then accept it. They promise to refund the money I had payed for the room. I asked if they could take a cable from another room and first they sad no but after a few hours the lady in the reception came with a cable that connected to an other room. My problem is that no money have been refunded even after I sent them 2 message so they seems to think that its OK to first promise me to refund my money and then take the full payment for a room without electricity .
