Nice stay, difficult shower.
Overall my stay was enjoyable. Well appointed room. Good facilities. My only issue was with the shower design. If a person is shorter than my 5'11, they will have great difficulty reaching and adjusting the shower head. Also, with the way the door is designed there is no way to get to your towel without getting out of the shower. Perhaps a hook on the wall by the door would help? Other than that small inconvenience, I enjoyed my stay and would recommended you .

Clean, nice, and comfortable
Very nice and clean. Allows dogs for a small fee. Simple breakfast included mixture of eggs with meat, self making pancakes, cereal, muffins, toast, and little misc. items. Room was spacious and had a small sitting area. Hotel looks just like the pictures. A little older but perfect for the price. I enjoyed and would stay again.

Checke in paid a 200 dollar deposit first room we went too the lock was broken and the key wouldnt work. Second room we realized we the tv wasnt working. Front desk came up and said she would look for another room for us then called and said it was an issue through out and no one had TV and assured us it would be fixed shortly. Not only was it never fixed but we spoke to multiple people staying there that night all who had Tv. The hot tub was out of order and the indoor pool was freezing. Front desk told us it was supposed to be heated to 89 but was only at 72. No pool towels and only 1 towel in the room. Front desk told us there was a "towel shortage". JUST RIDICULOUS!!!!

Not perfect, but definitely worth the stay.
Wonderful place to stay. Nice staff. AMAZING indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was decent but they ran out of items fast (biggest downside). Heater worked great against the cold storm blowing. Design issue is the rain leaked through and soaked the floor and wall! Dove brand soaps and lotions were a nice touch. Handicap bathroom is well designed too.

Urine down front of toilet, debris and hair in sink, floor not swept well enough, beds are hard but linens were clean, outside motel light enter room, curtains not aligned well enough to black out room. Front desk girl on check in was great.

There were safety issues with entrance door missing the strike plate on door frame. The only thing securing the door was the thin sheet metal of the door frame. The security feature on the upper door was missing the half of mechanism that should have been on door. The door strike plate was also missing on door that allowed the adjacent room to be connected. Center of sink stopper missing. Light switch not latching on properly at lavatory counter and also main light switch entering room had same problem. These items were reported to front desk. They were aware of problems and had a list but no maintenance person.

The room was great but the fact that two exterior doors were broken and unable to be locked was disturbing. I prefer hotels with no exterior access without a key card and anyone could have full access thru the broken doors
