Busines Trip to SSM
The rooms were clean, and I had a large suite that made my stay very comfortable. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but the friendly staff helped make up for it. When I reported a broken office chair, maintenance quickly brought a brand-new replacement, which was much appreciated. However, the vinyl flooring made it difficult to work at the desk, as the chair would easily roll away. Additionally, the pull-out table desk was on wheels, but the casters had no locks, causing it to move while I was trying to work, which was frustrating.
Another downside was the lack of soundproofing—walls and doors did little to block noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms, making it easy to hear conversations from other guests. Also, the shower was a bit cold on the first day due to a lack of hot water, but this improved on subsequent days.
