Service was a top draw! Deco and quality were very dated in the room, however, the common areas such as reception, bar, lounge were very good. This trip was to see a concert of my favourite Japanese singer and it turned out that he also stayed this hotel! I also bumped into him in the Chinese restaurant. The Ritz will be a special place for me forever!!

Even good assortment of free weights. Nice spa with two saunas. Only downside was sun availability. Great service from all the staff and shout out to masum b and Dewan! Good location close to shopping malls, restaurants and KLCC park And make sure to eat at Hakka!
