From the moment I reserved the room, I was inundated with emails and text messages, insisting on early registration, that's annoying and disturbing because unneeded pressure, and because one cannot know what's legit and what's spam.
The desk clerk told me that they insist on it to prepare customers to a $50,00 deposit request upon check in.
At check out time I had to wait almost one hour to get my deposit back (nobody was covering the front office... and there was a sign, inside a neat frame, asking customers to be patient, so it must be a normal neglect toward clients, who may be in a hurry to leave...!
