Hotel was older, there were very noticeable stains on the ceiling in the room, water stains on the bathtub and the parking garage access was very small and hard to maneuver.

The front desk is very friendly and we felt safe. However the cleanliness of the room was lacking. There were stains on the sheets on both beds and it did not smell or appear clean. For the price we paid, we felt it was way overpriced for the state of the room. We’ve stayed at many hotels at the same price point and have never had stains on sheets or felt a major need to shower with shoes on

Phone did not work in room,parking garage was terrible,someone a guest parked there car rt. Up against my back of the car so I could not open my trunk i had to move my car and there’s no elevator to get to the parking garage.

This was nothing like the pictures! The room was old, unkept, the outlet cover was hanging off with the wires exposed! So any child can stick their finger in and get electrocuted! The doors had splintered wood. I’m calling corporate I have pictures! They said they have airport shuttles and they don’t, I only chose this hotel based on the shuttle and I later found out that they don’t offer it.

Poor reception service

The reception was curt and unhelpful. One example ( there are others) When we asked for water one evening they said that would only be if we ordered room cleaning the night before: an absolute absurdity for what we spent for a room . The answer to my incredulity : ' next time stay at the ritz' . We had more help from the security worker who directed us to a vending machine . First experiences are everything and small things count . We won't be back and will advise our colleagues ( medical field) to avoid !

Extremely Loud and Poor Experience

The lobby is cavernous and there was yelling that came into the rooms all night, every night because staff allowed patrons to be extremely loud in the lobby. Full on screaming and horseplay. I have never experienced anything like it, and the walls were paper thin. We also could not get the room serviced during a lengthy stay. They only clean upon request. When checking in, they said we could request cleaning in the morning. When we later tried, they said that they probably couldn’t add us to the schedule for that day but would clean the following day. They didn’t clean that day either (or at all).

Cheap and still not worth it.

Hot water ran out for a few hours. There was a huge gap under the main door so the noise from other guests was not blocked at all. This room was cheaper than others, but still not worth it.
