We were given room 132 upon arrival. The things that were in the next room did not behave like humans. Kid running up and down in the hallway. First thing in the morning. Last thing at night. The adults banging stuff in the room non-stop, yelling. The banging and yelling never ended. Then there was tapping on the window at any hour between midnight and morning. Around 6 in the morning, the events of the night before gets repeated until they leave. I am dealing with a neck and shoulder injury. Despite taking my pills, neither Ken nor I could sleep. After two nights I went to the front desk and explained everything I said above. We were moved to the Royal Residence. We had an amazing sleep Friday night. We thanked the Manager, who moved us, profusely for switching us and expressed our appreciation for having a great night’s sleep. On Saturday night we settled in cause we need to get up early to travel back to our home. They moved someone into the room beside us while we were out. We settled in for the night. No sleep for us. We called the front desk, nothing was done. We called again at 2 am, the front desk person showed up at our door to let us know that person was moved into that room cause he was disturbing the people around him. We were put there to avoid people like him, and they rewarded us with him. No sleep for us. They refused to move him, but offered to move us to a new room at 2:30. We spent 4 nights, slept 1. I want a refund for 3 night. Thanks.
