Had a great stay at this property. It is in walking distance to the business district as well as major sporting facilities and convention hall. Having two convenience stores in the hotel was also amazing. Had a very minor issue at first but the staff quickly resolved it. Highly recommended property.

Perfect location to the exhibition center
Good service. Easy access to the exhibition center. They operate free shuttle service to nearby train station. Also a direct bus available from/to Narita airport. When I needed the Japanese two pin wall socket, the reception rented it for free. You can access the exhibition building through the internal passage, which was good when raining. The room was spacious for APA hotel. Good view from the room. Only negative point is the long queue in the check in and using the elevator when there were too many guests.

ゆっくりのんびり
海浜幕張駅から海側の1番高いビルを目指し、7分あまり。駅からエスカレーターを登ると直結の遊歩道があります。3時半くらいでしたが、チェックインまでかなり並びましたが、お部屋はデラックスツインを選んだので、広々しかもオーシャンビューで大満足。お風呂も３箇所、男女の湯が入れ替わったりするので五種類のお風呂を楽しむ事ができます。今回は3種類だけ行けました。ゆっくりのんびりの一泊二日でした。

大浴場は朝5時は意外と人きます
大浴場が朝5時からあいていて夜も午前2時までやっているのが助かります。朝5時よりは6時くらいの方がすいているように思います。

周辺環境を含めて不満
幕張メッセに用事があって一泊。夜は特に周囲になにもなく、することがない。ホテル館内のレストランはどこも激込み。高い階に部屋が割り当てられて、エレベーターの待ち時間が長い。エレベーターは複数あっても、途中の階を飛ばすものがあって、結局は待ち時間が長い。トイレが匂う。尿の匂い？大浴場があるのだが、エレベーターの待ち時間を考えて結局は利用しなかった。この地域のホテルはどこもこういうものなのかもしれない。次回からできるだけ出張でこのエリアに来ないようにしようと思った。
