Everything was good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only issue was noisy neighbours returning from a night out but that wasn't the hotel's fault. Breakfast was very good with an excellent selection.

We found the room very clean . Great location for the Bridgwater hall . Staff very helpful couldn’t fault it really. Lovely smell in the foyer in entering the hotel too.

Perfect location for the theatre. Hotel was really nice. Ate in the restaurant. A little disappointing due to lack of GF food finished up having to order 3 times as they took an order then afterwards they advised they had run out. Eventually food arrived and was really nice.

Central hotel, friendly staff & clean rooms
Great hotel, central location & a number of car parks nearby. Staff that we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Couple of negatives: the hotel really needs to improve its soundproofing; we were woken around 4am on Saturday morning with people returning & doors slamming closed, floors creaking etc, and then the same around 6.30am on Sunday morning. Sitting in bed on the Friday evening, we felt the people in the adjacent room get into bed as our headboard moved.........! Rooms are quite dark; there are only spot lights above the room door, 2 dull wall lights by the bed and a floor lamp - could definitely do with some better lighting. Would stay again, but would ask for a room towards the rear of the hotel & off the ground floor.
