Our stay at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion was wonderful! It was spotless, staff were very friendly, dinner was delicious, entertainment was good. All rooms have spectacular ocean views. Our room was dripping with water unless we left the a/c on 24/7 and kept the windows shut. It dried out after 3 days and we were told it was normal. Also management took around £800 from my bank account and then paid the money back when we left - they had no authority to do this and I believe it was illegal.
