Would not recommend to anyone wanting to visit Paris and the city. Had multiple problems with check in and the room key not working. Also near a nightclub and having to take the bus and walk around in this area did not feel secure.

When you walk into the hotel it seems very nice. However, the air conditioner in the room would not cool down the room. I called the receptionist and she mentioned she would call back. But I ended up calling back and said they could bring me a fan. We went to eat at the restaurant and the pasta was just warm and not fresh. But the bed…the bed was the worst bed I’ve ever slept in. It was not even comfortable to sit on. And the area around the hotel was nowhere you would take a walk. Very industrial area.

Rooms are very tired therefore not super clean. Restaurant is close Friday thru Sunday. Bar drink pretty bad and the most horrible burger EVER aka take ground beef cook it like a goulash then form it in to a patty then add cheese and call it Le Burger… Also very hard bed!!!

The food at the restaurant was not good and the service was slow. The coffee machine in the lobby was broken so I could not have coffee in the early morning. They promised me a 6:40pm pickup by the airport shuttle, but by 6:55 it had not arrived so I had to call a taxi or miss my flight. Would not recommend.

This was the worst experience I had. In the checkout the receptionist told me that the payment was only for one night and not 2 nights. I showed that I paied in expedia , she say that in the computer and system, it says that I paied only one night. After 20min she understands that I fully paied. Other point: the check out I make it very early at 5:00 i asked one night before for 2 breakfast boxes because I paied already for breakfast. In the morning I find a buffet for breakfast open, I asked receptionist if we can take breakfast there , she said No this is only for other customers from airline company. I told her ok give me the breakfast boxes I asked yesterday, she gave me only one box , and she told me she can give only one bix per room. In the box there is nothing only small croissant, small juice and small yougurt that s all. No water, i asked her give me at least water and coffee, she said she can not. After I insisted and said I will complain, she gave me only one small bottel of water and let me to go to the bufet just to take coffee. And she was shouting when I went close to bread in order to take sugar and she thought I will eat something from there. This is not acceptable at all. And how as a customer of Expedia and gold member I am treated like that with all family even my small baby and parents. I wait for a reaction from yourside Expedia. Thank you

Hotel com cama e chuveiros muito bons, para quem procura hotel próximo ao aeroporto Orly. Observação que chuveiro fica na banheira, que pode ser alta para um idoso ou alguém que tenha problema com mobilidade.Quarto espaçoso. Tem translado gratuito a Aeroporto Orly, ônibus que passa por alguns hotéis e gasta cerca de 15 minutos até aeroporto, em razão das paradas. Ônibus atrasou um pouco, ficamos com receio e pagamos Uber ( 10 euros para Aeroporto). Mas teria dado tempo mesmo com atraso, pq aeroporto próximo. Poderia ter buscado uma diária mais barata, para a minha finalidade de só dormir e utilizar Uber.

Ce n’est pas la première fois que je descends à cet hôtel pourtant c’est la première fois que je dors aussi mal : le lit était dur et surtout de la chambre on entendait tous les bruits d’ascenseur ( porte : ouverture et fermeture / mécanisme : montée et descente). Le personnel est aimable et le parking (payant même pour une nuit) est pratique. La navette pour l’aéroport est gratuite.
