The staff from cleaners to manager were always very helpful and cheerful , nothing was to much trouble. We had 5 nights there, appeared clean on check in, by the 3day and our room hadn’t been made up I complained to staff they said they are doing what management told them. I know it’s not the staffs fault it is the manageress fault. Office never opened and says to ring mobile upon doing so she just says hello so you don’t know if you have Hilltop or not. Housekeeper came to clean cups after day 4 with something that looked like it had cleaned the bottom of a dirty nappy. Took a photo as proof.
