This hotel offers excellent value. Its location on a quiet street along an outer wall of Topkapi Palace is superb for foreign visitors. The owner, Engin, is friendly and helpful, and genuinely wants his customers to enjoy their stay. I loved the ready availability of good coffee and excellent Turkish tea. I can’t say enough good things about Seaway Hotel.
