Love this place
It’s a fantastic place to stay. I do a crazy amount of travel all around the world, this has to be one of my favourite places to stay. The pool is huge, the rooms are great and the staff are always happy.

Good place but horrible service
The resort was extremely peaceful but they lack enough pool beds and it is far from the main Ao Nang beach area. They claim to have free shuttles but its 2x a day and they can only fit 8 people. It is often booked and you end up taking your own transportation. The staff at the resort does not book or help with transportation to and from the hotel. They tell you to book your own grab. Please note that the resort is completely unresponsive and uncontactable prior to arriving. I tried to call and email the resort about changing my booking and no one replied. I then reached out to hotels.com who tried 5-6 times to call AND email and Krabi Venice never responded. When I arrived and asked about it they said their contact area was separate and could not speak to why there was no contact/response. Overall I cannot recommend a place that is unavailable to cancel or modify bookings. If you have any issue after booking or during your stay they will not help.

Lovely stay - mindfulness experience
We had the most wonderful stay. A family of five. 3 grown up kids. We got connected rooms. The ambience is stunning and there is so quit. We were lucky to see wild monkeys and a big blizard in the water. Huge pool, and all functions very well. Breakfast good and you can easily catch a grab to one of the cityes nearby. Super recommendation from us!

I loved my stay here. The property is beautiful although it’s a bit far from everything, I recommend booking excursions that will pick you up. The pool is beautiful. Also I definitely recommend getting the coconut soup it was absolutely delicious.

We enjoyed this place so much. From the moment we arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful. Kong our server at the restaurant was very friendly and made sure we felt comfortable while waiting for our food. He provided us with excellent customer service throughout our stay. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking to relax and have some peace and quiet time. The property has a complementary shuttle to Ao Nang Beach.

We are a couple on our honeymoon and when we entered the room it was decorated with flower petals and a lovely cake. This hotel has all the facilities you need for coming to Thailand. My wife and me enjoyed the stay on the whole. Friendly and quick staff helped us with luggage and room service. However,we found it a bit difficult to spend hours before our check-in time (2pm) as the only flight to Krabi arrived at 7/8am. As temperatures can be very hot, we had to look for a cool place to sit and going to town was not an option as it is far and you need to book their Ao Nang and other free shuttle services in advance. We were on our honeymoon and my wife had fallen sick, not a good start. But, the room was very beautiful, room service was fast and our Jacuzzi was decorated with flower petals. The only gripe is the hot water was shut down throughout our stay and only the showers had them working. When we tried contacting them, reception was unavailable in the evening. This could just be bad luck but it would have been great if they had checked the hot water beforehand as they did fill the jacuzzi with water. Fix these and I would give it 5stars.

Stunning rooms/grounds/pool, staff lacking care.
The resort is simply stunning. The architecture and attention to detail made for a dreamy picturesque escape. The check in staff and most employees were very friendly. The pool is out of this world. Things we found surprising were the lack of attention/care in maintaining a polished feel throughout our stay. Towels, garbage, bottles, all piled up by the pool and stayed there overnight, often not getting cleared until midday the following day, if at all. We ordered room service and the plates sat outside our room for our entire stay (through check out), even after notifying staff they had been sitting there overnight. The room has one small roll of toilet paper that lasts maybe 2 uses, leading us to ask for more daily. It just felt like the staff didn’t care. The pool bar attendant hid behind the counter playing on their phone and very little attention was given to guests. If you can manage your expectations around this, it’s a unique enough spot to have on your list.

Not sure what to think. The resort is very pretty and rooms are great. However, when I'm spending top dollar on accommodation Im expecting the servixe to be at that level too. It was not. The staff spoke hardly any english and was not helpful, and the only lady who spoke English (seemed to be the manager) was not friendly and it rubbed on all the staff. Another big drawback was NO ALCOHOL served at all, not even at the restaurant. I probably would've been fine with this if it was mentioned somewhere and i could've sipped my own wine in the room. I'm on a holiday and alcohol is simply a part of the package. Citating their website: "Relax with your favorite drink at the bar/lounge or the poolside bar." Sorry but for many the favourite drink is not watermelon juice.Pleqse update this info!

Not Recommended: rooms surrounded by stagnant and very dirty water. All the rooms are built on stilts, they are over water bungalows. We have seen the photos and thought it could be very nice. However, the water is stagnant and very dirty, we were in the hotel during the low tide. There is no maintenance around the rooms, all dried flowers and plants, at least the rooms next to ours looked abandoned. Even the wood of our was falling apart. I am talking about the external part. The room inside was nice but the material used for the sinks is of bad quality and therefore the sinks look very dirty, same as the shower: the high part is not clean probably because the maids need a ladder to do it. The swimming pool is very nice and very long. However, due to the strange design of the hotel (water all over) we needed a shuttle to go from our room (which was located next to the reception) to the swimming pool, as there was no bridge built from our room to the swimming pool area. The service at the reception is slow and there was no personnel to assist you with the luggage. The reception staff was reluctant to assist you with taxis, etc No proper space in the room for the suitcases, you had to keep them on the floor. The only positive thing of this hotel is the food, breakfast and dinner, good quality and tasty. Suggestion: do not allow the cats to be in the dinning room.

Disorganized and Chaotic
Positives: Beautiful property, well-maintained rooms, and friendly staff. However, our overall experience had significant drawbacks: Staff lacked proper customer service training, resulting in long check-in/check-out delays due to understaffing and disorganization. Shuttle services were limited, requiring advance appointments with uncertain seat availability, leading to potential delays. If you end up getting a seat on the shuttle, it will likely be late since they have 1 shuttle leaving the resort to drop off and returning to pick up others. Mediocre food and unattended buffet dishes in the main restaurant due to staff socializing with each other instead of proactively refilling dishes and making sure coffee machines work. Housekeeping services seems to have started late in the day, causing delays and inconvenience, with guests leaving used items outside their rooms for extended periods. Overall, we wouldn't recommend staying here. The services provided do not justify their costs. We had to arrange our own transportation during our stay because the staff seemed unreliable, and even allocated an extra 30 minutes before check-out at the front desk to allow the staff to get everything together and check us out the room so we could make it to our flight back on time.

Alcohol Free Hotel - not mentioned anywhere
The setting is very pretty, sitting on what seems to be an artifical lake with many of the rooms on the water. We stayed in an apartment room on the first floor. The balcony and chairs are lovely and the room very nice. One rather bizarre thing is that the bathroom is out on its own small balcony with the bath tub right at the edge. There is glass on the outside if the balcony but this is completely see through meaning you would be in the bath tub or getting out if the shower and people can see you from the path on the ground floor. Why not use opaque glass for this? It meant you're conscious all the time of being visible. Also, the hotel is completely alcohol free. You can't have a beer with dinner and if you want to have one you need to walk to the seven eleven, a good 15 min walk away. If we had known we would not have booked this hotel. We were on honeymoon. It was explained to us that the owner is a Muslim. Fine, but give us the chance to choose. State you are alcohol free. It seems like they do their best with the descriptions to hide it. The swimming pool is absolutely huge but with very few spaces for sunbeds. Overall the staff were very friendly but the rooms weren't cleaned until late in the afternoon. There weren't enough staff either in the cleaning or in the reception. Breakfast was nice. Lots of mosquitos but I think this is normal all over Krabi.
