So glad we stayed at the Lotte hotel in Seoul. So convenient to the subway and transportation, and there was a lot to do in the area. I would recommend getting the breakfast buffet as it was fantastic every morning. Plus, there is a mall downstairs which has a food court and other shopping available.

Hotel Lotte Seoul was the perfect place to stay! Hotel is high end with concierge and service staff doing an outstanding job. Also, hotel served an excellent breakfast buffet. Breakfast was a little bit pricey but was worth every penny! Night market is only a few blocks away so walkable from thr front lobby. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Excellent hotel and location

Excellent hotel in an excellent location downtown. Staff we well training and attentive. My only picky item would be food was really cold in club lounge for breakfast and dinner even though they had heated containers. Suite was lovely with comfortable bed and big bath and shower room

Highly recommended for families with children because the hotel is near Lotte Supermarket, a food court and Myeong-dong. The rooms and swimming pool are clean.

Great location if you want to shop or go somewhere by subway. Room condition could be better, stains easily spotted on the carpet. Breakfast has a variety of choices but the menu remains the same everyday.
