The place looks old and dirty.
Some guests were cooking meat on the aisle outside rooms, generating a bad smell. Besides, they had loud music on. This was around 6pm. I asked the person in charge of front desk how long the noise situation could go on for; he said after 9pm it should be quiet. It was almost 10pm and the music was still on and entered into my room. The front desk person limited his function to request the guests to be quiet, but they didn't and he said he couldn't do more. I left the hotel at 10pm and moved to a different hotel across the street. I requested a reimbursement, but they did not accept and directed me to Expedia. I paid double for choosing a bad property. Later, I received a message from the hotel saying guests are allowed to cook outside the rooms! Of course they didn't mention anything on the noise, which was the main source of trouble.
