We have trouble with our suite, nobody make anything, we call to the front desk and they told us they will change our room, after 30 minutes later, we didn’t receive any answer, we went to the front desk and the lady that make our check in told may husband, “do you need something form me?” Her attention was more like if she was doing us a favor more than a client attention, and he told her about the room change, her answer was she didn’t even know about it, after all we decide to go for dinner, they send me and email like 1 hour later telling us they didn’t have any other room available only one room but not the one we pay for, when we arrive to the hotel, we didn’t receive any call or attention, they didn’t care even the day after; So the attention was very poor, the room it’s nice but a little bit neglected… not the best St Regis we have ever stayed…
The drapes were malfunctioning, the room smelled like cigarettes, and we saw a few details in the room that make it look like nobody care about the place… so disappointed about this hotel… for sure it’s not a 5 star hotel to stay in Miami..
