Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Atmosphere was cozy.Front desk staff was not very friendly when i checked in. Both ladies (one older one younger) gave me a very cold look. No warmth AT ALL, not even a friendly welcome smile. :/ check in was seamless though.Housekeeping staff was very welcoming & professional. I would give this hotel 5 stars if they had customer service professionals at the reception desk.

It only takes one bad encounter!
The front desk staff were friendly except for one person who wasnt very understanding to my complaint for being charged $8 for ordering two club sodas from the rude bar tender Saturday night. Ive never been charged for club soda and its my drink at every restaurant i go to instead of still water. The lady who took may daily breakfast order to go so sweet, friendly and i loved her personality. The bar tender lacked the basics for being in the customer service business. Its not about knowing how to make cocktails!

The property is nice enough, but not so great service. I asked for a wake up call, never got it; desk clerk said to be at shuttle 10 -15 minutes ahead of time, but shuttle was closed until about 4 minutes before departure. At check in, they asked for my credit card,, only if they needed to charge any 'incidentals' --- but they charged my card $50. Which will supposedly be credited back to my account in 3-5 days. No other hotel has done that before. I won't stay at or recommend this hotel.
