We stayed here on the first leg of a weeklong trip. Drove 6 hours to get here with my mom, hubby, granddaughter (under 2 y/o) and two dogs. We were tired and had a lot of stuff to unload. Once we'd unpacked and gotten everyone situated, I went to give baby a bath and take a my own shower. The water options in the tub were "Hot" or "Scalding". Of course it was too late for a technician to come fix so I got enough water into the tub with the hot water and bowls of cold wat r from the sink so I could at least give baby a bath. Rest of us had to go to bed sweaty. Yes, they offered to move us, but to room options upstairs - not appealing when we'd just lugged everything inside and unpacked. If a room had been available on the same floor we would have switched. Anyway, it did get fixed the next day so that was fine.
Also, they had a note in the room that they only service every other day - which is fine since we had the dogs, but maybe they could at least have trash pick up? We accumulated quite a lot of trash in two days and the trash cans provided aren't sufficient.
One other suggestion would be to have a small dishwashing liquid available for the suites or rooms that have kitchenette set up. And a kitchen towel or paper towels for drying hands or dishes.
Breakfast was the standard - yogurt, fruit, cereals, breads, egg, sausage, potatoes and waffle station. Kept it fresh. Coffee was so-so, but drinkable while it was hot.
