Door was open when we checked in late at night. Front desk came back to the room with us and said the door is broke you will have to push it really hard. One mattress was very uneven and bathroom door handle was broke.

I arrived in the middle of the night. The room looked like a homeless person. I’ve been there. This fruit garbage behind the bed between the furniture unpleasant. In the morning, I showed the cleaners and checked out. The staff were nice.

Fire alarm went off at 1am this morning. We still have no idea why. Thank goodness there wasn't a fire. But there was no communication what so ever to reassure the guests that everything was okay. Other than that stay was pretty good.

Not the same
I have stayed here a few times in the past year. There are new owner/managers. Our room did not get cleaned the first day. We were very disappointed since we took DO NOT DISTURB off door and left about 11am. Front desk had to bring us fresh towels. Crevices in bathroom are getting overlooked. Cleaning on 2nd day was adequate but not the service Holiday Inn is known for.
