My kids LOVED the hotel. We were there in March so we did not get to enjoy the outside water area but it looks great! We enjoyed the indoor pool and my kids were so excited about the characters, arcade, and crafts that were offered. The negative is their restaurant, the breakfast buffet was very subpar with food and how quickly it was refilled. We just chose to have the rest of our meals off hotel property for the remainder of our trip. We will return for sure!

Fun place to stay
Staff was nice and very helpful with getting a first floor room for a wheelchair user. The inside pool was nice, but loud. Outside pool was not open yet, but looks like a fun place for kids. A nice lobby, gift shop, arcade and food venues. Super nice Toon Room for kids to do crafts and guests to see a movie. The room was comfortable but only a one bean bag chair and no other chairs in the room. Could hear outside noise, but slept well. Nice concept overall. Even had characters during the morning hours. Also had washer & dryers available on site.

The over all appearance was deceiving. The bed was comfy although it rocked a lot like the frame may have been broken. The bathroom needed to be cleaned throughly and re chalked! When I took a shower I was also taking a bath at the same time because the water was covering my ankles!!!!
