I had a very bad experience at this hotel, When I got to the breakfast area, there were 3 waitress there and no one welcome me or even told "Good morning." To my surprise, the waitress welcomed everybody else. I thought "am I invisible?" I sat myself in the table and got my food from the buffet area. I had to stand up and asked for coffee since no one approached to my table to offer it. It was a very bad experience. I felt terrible. To make things worse, I was still eating and the guy put my check in the table. I was basically taking the second bite to my bagel. No one else received the check before asking about it, just me. I felt very unwelcome. I paid for my food and gave them $0 for a tip. I left a note in the receipt saying "terrible service, no welcome, no "good morning", no "how can i help you?"" but the weird thing is that everybody else was being served in a good way but me. Are we talking about some type of discrimination? I never felt that way in any establishment before.
