When we walked into the hotel, the check in clerk was playing on his phone; he didn’t see us come in and we stood there, for 2 minutes, just looking at him, before my husband finally said something to alert him that we were there. When I walked up to the desk, someone’s check in signature sheet was sitting on the counter. It had that guests name and address and other personal information typed on it. I asked the clerk why he had left someone’s private information, in plain view, on the counter and proceeded to tell him that it shouldn’t have been left out like that. He kind of mumbled some sort of response and didn’t say much else.
Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However almost all the pillows had broken zippers and the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed. The paint was peeling off the wall next to the bathtub. The breakfast was minimal; just waffles and croissants. Not a good continental breakfast. We won’t stay again.
