It is a place where service is very slow, from checking in to serving your food. Make sure you have plenty of time to spare while in Xalapa, it does seem as a regular thing throughout the city.

Prefiero que nos asignen habitaciones de arriba.
En general muy buen servicio, sobre todo en el restaurante, y la comida tambien muy bien todo. Lo unico que no me gustó es que nos dieron las habitaciones en el piso de abajo y los ruidos de niños corriendo en la habitación de arriba hasta media noche no nos dejaban dormir.
