The staff was exemplary; it was the issues that we encountered before arriving. I received an email stating there were issues with the plumbing and that they sent us to a sister property. I was told to call and give them my credit card number. When I called, Rochelle said she knew nothing about it. She put us on hold and never came back. We called again, and she was rude. She told us she only had two nights available, and we were staying four nights. We called TownePlace back and spoke to the GM, and we were told the situation. She said we could come and she would discount our room. However, I did not get a discount. The televisions in the bedrooms would not work, so maintenance changed the boxes, but they would not cut off. In the bedroom I was in, the television volume would not go up or down nor mute. These issues did not allow for good rest and meditation. At the end of it all, the stay was not enjoyable.
