Place seemed nice enough although it's got bad ratings. I suppose people book through hotels, see the pool and fitness centre but when you turn up and you have to pay £4, that just stinks. That time it down to a 3 star rating but the amazing food I had in the restaurant took it back up to 4 stars. Just put the price up a couple of quid and give everyone access for Freeman's

Great place. Bit tired in places but good value for money for price. Very friendly welcome and staff. Only negatives were no desk in room. Had to do a three hour conference call from a bedside table. English breakfast, although seemingly cooked nicely, bacon and sausage were dry and tough by the time they reached the table.
