I had to cancel my reservation because when we got to the Hotel I was told that they didn't have any hot water. So at 10:00pm on a Friday night after traveling 3 hours with my Daughter and two granddaughters we had to find another hotel. I need you all to refund me my money back that I was charged on Thursday thanks. Looks like I might not be using Hotels.com for my future travels.

Very Disappointed
The main thing I want to mention is there was no hot water on Sunday morning 3/30. Impossible to take a shower. While the desk clerk was pleasant, there was no resolve. I was told the manager would call me sometime this week to offer some type of compensation. The manager should have made himself available immediately.

Do not book here
This was the worst experience I ever had at a hotel. It was disgusting. I felt unsafe, and there were no keys available for any other rooms. Some man let us in our room with the master key and we couldn’t leave again I tried to get a refund and keep getting the runaround. I took a shower in the morning before we left, and the shower leaked into the hallway and into the room.

Great hotel
Great hotel- it did the trick when I needed a room to stay in during my son’s cross country meet. Service was great, the bed was a little uncomfortable, and the room could’ve been vacuumed better, but overall it was a very good hotel. Breakfast was much better than I expected and I really enjoyed it.
