Room was clean and fairly comfortable, but air conditioning didn't work and window opened onto noisy main road with drunk people shouting late into the night.
No room key - you have to use a six digit code every time you access the room.
I booked three nights and paid extra for breakfast, but was told on my first morning that breakfast was not available any more - no explanation, no apology and staff didn't know how to process a refund. No answer on why I wasn't told this on checking in. Eventually got a refund of the cost of breakfast after more than two weeks and several messages, but still no explanation or apology, or compensation for inconvenience.
OK hotel but absolutely no concept of customer service.
