Heathrow Overnight
It is a great location near terminal 2&3 at Heathrow airport. We stayed a night on either end of our European adventure. We discovered a cute English pub near by with amazing food (taxi driver recommended) and only a few minutes walk away. It is called the Pheasant. The pub and restaurant in the hotel are lovely, too, but a little more on the fancier side.

Great location. Service just so-so. The person getting people was great but the employees were less than enthusiastic to us. We tried to call down to reception for a couple of small requests but no response. The desk was not crazy busy either. Hotel was older but clean enough. One person had asked for toothpaste but had to come down to the front desk for a response. Probably perfect for a layover and no requests.

Always a pleasure staying here. A big thank you to Shane on reception for making us feel special, again. The room was lovely and clean, spacious, no noise, nice tea and coffee, great bath towels and toiletries, delicious breakfast (fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, cold meats, cheese, hot food: sausages, beans, eggs, bacon), juices, ... A lovely gorgeous salmon and veg dinner that evening in the lobster restaurant. We truly feel at home, welcome and very happy whenever we stay here. Since I've got 2 teenagers, a boy and a girl, i usually book the family room (two connecting rooms) which leaves everyone happy.

Bed bugs in room
Corridor to our room had a high stench of smoke room floor was dirty and hotel had bed bugs staff was very nonchalant attitude to me explaining how I feel very uncomfortable staying and they had very bad communication skills overall very unpleasant stay as I couldn’t sleep.

Great stay at Rad Blu
We enjoyed our stay at the Rad Blu the night before taking a flight out of Heathrow! Easy to get to on local bus 111 which only cost £1.75 each way. Hotel lobby is lovely. We ate at the Pheasant Inn about 5-8 mins walk which was really good food!
