The hotel overall was amazing. The beds were comfortable, rooms and bathroom were clean. It was pet friendly, the kids had an amazing time in the pool. The guests in the room next to ours were arguing all night, so we couldn't get any rest. The room was basic but clean. There wasn't much parking when we arrived, though I eventually found a spot. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Our shower doesnt work. The parents left a lot of their kids unsupervised in the pool and the kids were EXTREMELY loud (high pitch screaming, jumping/pushing each other and taking up all the room in the pool) - resulting in all the other guest leaving early.

Young man at the front desk in the evening had a very flat affect with no welcome or smile. Immediately lowered our enjoyment of staying here. The "Snack Suite" was very bare with very few choices. Disappointing. The room was very clean but missing bedding for the pullout sofa bed. The bathroom was also very clean and well appointed with skin and hair products.
