Location is great. Bed and breakfast good. Only problem was late night guests who came back from city tour. They were talking and singing very loud under my window until 2 am. Then it was nice and quiet until 4.30 when second group of singers arrived.... Hotel overall is nice.

Nice big room with confortable king size bed, nice balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool. Bathroom is outdated, needs new shower sliding doors. No shampoo or body soap for the shower, instead a watered down hand soap of the same kind used for the sink. All your shower toiletries had to be put on the shower floor, need a shower basket. Optional breakfast buffet was reasonably priced.Bacon,eggs, hashbrowns and other items that should be kept hot were always cold. Good selection of coffees, teas, breads and spreads. Not a hotel decorated to my taste. The lighting was awfull both in the room and the dining area. there were big spots of mould int the shower area. The breakfast was quite dull, and not very healthy But the staff was very friendly and the price was fine compared to the standard so if you just need a place to stay then the hotel is fine

This hotel is an older hotel. It’s clean and affordable, but I would stay closer to city center on a next visit. Walking to city center is about 35 - 40 minutes.

Grenada 5 star. Hotel ungraded
Receptionist lovely. Four star hotel 50 years ago. Main area and corridor ok. Room poor. Shower was loose on wall and the shower head should have been replaced 30 years ago. Breakfast was buffet hot things were Luke warm at best. I have never had such a shameful breakfast. Would return to Grenada will never stay at this hotel or recommend it. It requires a total upgrade and the cook sacking.

Excellent value for money and a really lovely place to stay. We read some of the reviews and were apprehensive as they seemed to imply it was a bit shabby. We found it had a lovely interior and exterior- yes a slightly faded chic interior but we loved it. Our bedroom was on the 6th floor, had fantastic views from our balcony- huge comfortable bed. All the staff we met were great especially the lady running the bar. Pool was a pleasant place to sunbathe. Breakfast was Ok. There was no English TV but then we didn’t come to watch tv.

Comfortable. Confusing. Great location.
Wonderful, welcoming and helpful staff. But the aging and outdated hotel lets them down. Whilst clean and comfortable, the rooms need serious updating. There werent any plugs apart from the one for the TV. The superfluous TV which had zero reception. We got around the plug situation, but just proves it hasnt moved into the 21st century and certainly needs attention. The room we had was most likely not the best on offer. It shared the corridor with the restaurant and a couple of toilets which smelled a little. Seriously, the staff were great. The hotel was good for a night. But just need to manage the expectations! Excellent location with parking for €20/day.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel, a 3 star at very best… it makes you wonder how they can have been awarded 4…. Upon arrival one disinterested person at reception, parking is not valet (as advertised) they simply guide you in a tiny car lift to a small underground car park (and suggest not to take your car out until you leave). They charge 20 Euros per day whilst the price on Expedia is advertised as 16 Euros. I pointed it out and they did not believe me until I showed them the listing. The decor is tired and scuffed. In the first room we were allocated the a/c did not work, the safe and fridge also did not work, the window could not be locked properly (it was broken). They did not believe us when we reported, the only staff had to leave reception to get to the room and see by himself. They eventually moved us to a different room, safe still not working. Still very scruffy and not particularly clean. No amenities (tea or coffe, a kettle or complementary water; just one bottle of sap in the shower and by the sink. Paper cups that should have been sealed were opened and dirty. I have photos of all the above. The pool are has broken chairs and old loungers. We were hugely disappointed.

aparcamiento en el hotel caro. aparcamientos en la calle lejos del establecimiento. Tiene spa pero los dias de nuestra estancia estaba cerrado y no avisan al hacer la reserva. Durante la madrugada hubo mucho ruido de otros huespedes y el personal del hotel no hizo nada
