Great staff, beautiful room. Would give 5-stars but I had an issue with the TVs in the room. 1st of all, it's a smart TV that doesn't allow you to watch apps (prime/netflix etc), secondly the image quality was not clear and finally there are 2 TVs in the room and often when I would try to change the channel it would turn on the other TV in the other room, which meant I had to get up to turn it off.

An excellent few days and a second visit. We were upgraded and although the suite was spacious I suspect we might have preferred a smaller room!! Good food and the swimming pool was put to good use. We will be returning, again, to escape the family and to do nothing!!

We stayed here for 4 days, when we arrived, the receptionist was very friendly and help full, our room was very comfortable and the robes were a nice touch. breakfast very nice but want to mention, Ali the waitress, she was amazing she works very hard running around making sure everything was full and still had time to make sure all the quests had and needed what they wanted. Welcoming. Great service at Reception and Bar Staff. Ate in the lounge bar as we were too tired for a restaurant dinner after a long drive. So this was a last minute stop over. King sized bedroom very comfortable. Clean and modern bathroom with shower. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend.

It was a few days away for my wife and me and Antja, the trainee receptionist, was really helpful . She upgraded our room without any hassles . That’s excellent service. The waiters at breakfast were nice and there was one very kind member of your staff (didn’t get her name) who was really pleasant. We quite enjoyed our time there.

My stay at Oxford Belfry was super, spoilt only by a lack of communication between bar and kitchen. This was soon solved and I was eventually not charged, very generous but promoting an overall feeling of consideration for the guest. My room was very clean, comfy and a lovely shower en suite. Some green tea bags would have been a bonus, but mugs instead of tiny cups was much appreciated

Room was beautiful and modern bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Other guests were loud agressive - a security guard was loudly attending to “Sean” at 3 am as he’d been disturbing everyone with drunken behaviour. Took ages to get back to sleep.
