I come to Tel Aviv every few months and this is the first time (and last) I stay with Loginn. It’s embarrassing that they call this an aparthotel.
The good:
- Spacious
- Awesome location
- Linen and towels were clean
- Pretty quiet as can’t hear neighbours (shame that the air conditioner makes noise)
- Nice sunny balcony
The bad:
- Disgustingly dirty. Actually super filthy.
- MIA management. Awful service. They don’t respond to messages
- Not renovated. Very old apartment
- Noisy air conditioner makes it hard to sleep.
- Unsafe and easy to break into.
Detail:
- SO filthy. They handed the flat pretty much uncleaned (dirty countertops, glass and food waste on kitchen floor, something smeared on bathroom wall, etc.) I was disgusted to touch anything here. Yuck.
- Awful service. I emailed them continuously before checking in and no response. Then they gave me the wrong code to get in. When I complained about the cleanliness they said they’d come and fix it and then stopped replying… Instead of answering my questions, they randomly asked me to water the plants. But there were no plants! Basically, there’s no one to speak to…
- It’s an old, dilapidated, improvised Israeli apartment, if you know what I mean.
- Air conditioning in bedroom makes awful squeaky noise so it’s hard to sleep.
- Not secure. The locks would be extremely easy to break into. Also, you share the main apartment door with the other rental apartment. This is normally fine but my neighbours decided to have a
