Spring Getaway

The photo that's showing is deceptive. No one can go outside and sit. The hotel is in walking distance of restaurants, the stadiums and shops. The parking is outrageously priced. However The staff is very friendly and the Hotel Desk. The food is very good.

Great place to stay for Cavs games!!

The stay overall was really great! My son and I were in town for a Cavs game and the arena was diagonal from the hotel. The price was more than reasonable considering the NBA playoffs were going on. Valet attendants were helpful in explaining the parking options and the room and hotel were very nice. My only complaint was the check in. The worker seemed disinterested and I wasn't informed how much the deposit was... it was just a lackluster interaction.

The hotel itself was fine. The bed and pillows were comfortable. However, the walls are very thin. I could hear men up and down the hallway walking and talking late into the night (on a weekday with no game concert or sporting events at the venues nearby). Parking is tricky if you are traveling from out of town. I wanted to park in a nearby garage but was told valet was the only option.

Well, the location is unbelievable. I literally walked 50 yards to the Cavs game. I would stay there again, but know that service sucks. The valet service is terrible, like I waited 30 minutes to get my car. Look, if you are going to charge $50 for valet, the least you could do is have two guys parking and retrieving cars.

We went to the hotel restaurant for dinner before we went to the concert and the food was just marginal. Not enough to complain about but enough that I most likely would not eat there again. Also the blinds in our room did not work. Overall the stay was very good and we would definitely stay there again.

Quick Couples getaway

We went for a quick couples trip to see the Cavs play. The convenient location made this ideal for us! We used their valet parking which was fast and seamless. The hotel was right next to restaurants which made it even better! The whole hotel was very clean and modern. Our room was spacious,very clean, and well furnished, with a desk area and a sofa, as well as a mini fridge. We ate breakfast the next morning at the hotel's own cozy restaurant. It was delicious. All of the staff, from valet, to restaurant staff, to the front desk, were extremely friendly and helpful. Looking forward to staying here again!
