L’appartement n’était pas chauffé en plein mois de novembre ! À part dans la chambre où il y avait heureusement une clim réversible. SDB frigorifiée, pommeau de douche fuyant. Dans la cuisine que 2 fourchettes alors que nous étions 3 ! Pas de torchon, il y avait une taie d’oreiller sur le dossier d’une chaise de la cuisine en guise de torchon ! J’ai l’habitude de passer toujours par Hotel.com mais l’appartement très vétuste sans chauffage c’était vraiment une mauvaise expérience de logement, alors que lors de notre arrivée pendant le checking j’ai demandé des renseignements sur le chauffage, parlant l’italien couramment, la personne devait me rappeler et rien…. Franchement cet appartement ne devrait pas figurer sur votre site !
