The bathroom was horrible, they gave me a room that I reserved with a jacuzzi and the front desk guy was so arrogant that he couldn't let me live up to what the website said and I was like, "No, so I'm buying something blindly." They didn't even change me to the room that I supposedly asked for, which had a jacuzzi. The truth is, they lost me as a client for the first and last time, along with everyone else who came to stay at the hotel. In short, they lost money because they didn't change our dirty room, let alone give us one with a jacuzzi, and we had to leave the hotel for another one. They don't earn another penny of mine.
