This hotel was great. Very high quality in basically every way. Professional staff and great service all around. It has a non all inclusive option for those that don't want to just stay in the hotel the whole time. The staff and service were lovely. The hotel itself was disappointing. Our room was dated and furnished in a way that I would not expect from a luxury hotel. The room had no view, and was situated next to housekeeping and maintenance closets that were used from early morning to late at night. Despite the great service, there's no way I would choose to stay at this hotel again.

I upgraded to a nicer room, and it was amazing. The upgrade fee was not that much. The room had a living room and kitchen. I also had a view of the ocean. It was very relaxing. I also was able to get laundry done. The person who cleaned my room left untreated in the room, too. It was a great place!
