Amazingly clean. Beautiful big rooms that dont look or feal like a typical hotel. Everything is just so nice. The service was very good. Most of the employees we interated with were extreamly pleasant. The location os basically perfect. Walking distance to so much and right around the corner from a trolley stop for everything else. No complaints. Have stayed here before and will again.

Very nice hotel. Spacious room with a comfortable bed. The staff members did everything they could to help me out with minor and major issues. When I wasn't able to book an uber to go to my next hotel an hour's drive away, one of the valets, Gustavo, offered to drive me there himself. Amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.
