I am writing to express my disappointment regarding several aspects of my husband's recent two-week stay at your hotel. While some aspects of the stay were satisfactory, significant issues arose concerning internet connectivity, housekeeping services, and laundry facilities.
The limited Wi-Fi access, restricted to only two devices with unreliable connectivity, proved highly problematic. In today's world, reliable internet access is essential for both personal and professional needs, and the inadequacy of your service in this regard was a major inconvenience.
Furthermore, the lack of housekeeping services throughout his stay was unacceptable. We understand that schedules can be busy, but the complete absence of room cleaning for the entire two-week period is simply not meeting the expected standards of a hotel.
Finally, the malfunctioning laundry facilities caused considerable disruption. With only one of six washing machines operational, guests requiring laundry services, particularly those working long hours like my husband, were forced to seek external alternatives, adding unnecessary stress and expense to their stay. This is especially concerning given the expectation that a hotel of your caliber would provide functioning amenities.
We believe these issues significantly detract from the overall guest experience and warrant your immediate attention. We trust you will investigate these matters and take appropriate steps to prevent similar problems.
