could be much better
I've stayed at this chain a few times and it's hit or miss.
This time was a miss by a mile.
The things in the room were good enough, and the breakfast was decent but most importantly , the heat in the room wasn't working and it made a loud humming sound. Like a train in the distance that never arrives.
I asked to change rooms , but was told there weren't any available because "housekeeping wasn't in that day ."
I was provided with an extra blanket and a space heater that sounded like a small boat engine , totally unusable if sleeping was what one had in mind.
Normally I wouldn't bother to give a hotel a bad review because things happen, but in this case if you look through the reviews guests have already brought the issue with the heat exchanger to the attention of management and they promise to fix it but clearly it's not important to them.
This hotel really should not be operating until they are prepared to provide heated accommodations. Talk is cheap Quality Inn. Fix your heat exchanger for good!
