The tv didn’t work as in it would come on just never could watch what was on all it was doing was buffering. The window could use curtains to block out the outside light. We had to put a blanket up over the window.

Terrible!!
Terrible ….it was under renovation and of course was not notified of that before ….no curtain over the blinds ,it had a bad smell and the bed was hard as a rock. The refrigerator was gross and had a half empty bottle of orange soda in it and our socks were black after walking around from the floors. I can’t believe wyndam would associate their name to this place, never been disappointed in wyndam until now.

Hotel under repairs. If I knew that I would up of have never made the reservation. Sink was painted and paint chipped off the sink. First room was so bad asked for a different room. 2nd room not much better. Won’t be staying there again. There was breakfast but very little food out.

Hurricane stay hotel under remodel paint fumes on all floors. Would have thought they would remodel a floor at a time. Overall very nice staff and basically comfortable. New ownership hotel changing of name forthcoming. Pet friendly is a very great asset!!

The 1st room they gave us was missing a TV remote, no phone. Went to front desk, the lady gave me 2 remotes. Later when getting ready for bed the hot water would not work properly. He took a bath instead. We went back to the front desk and she said she could only give us a different room and did. The breakfast was average and no orange juice.

Pay more to stay elsewhere
I stayed here for a huge event in town. It was one of the last hotels available. I paid over $200 a night for the room and it was the quality of a $50 a night room. The lobby and hallway had obviously been previously flooded with a foul odor and missing and cracked floor tiles, the countertop in the room was dirty and I had to clean it myself. There were only 2 large towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth available (for 3 people). When I asked for more towels, they only had pool towels to offer. There was a live roach underneath the TV that I touched when trying to figure out how to turn the TV on without a remote (because the room didn't have a remote). I didn't find any bed bugs though, so that's a positive! The door wasn't very secure. No curtains on the window so the lights outside kept the room lit up all night. The breakfast select was extremely limited. There was cereal, but barely a cup of milk left for the cereal, no water to drink, stale bread for toast, and 3 muffins available for the entire hotel. Such a bad experience! I almost walked out but didn't want to waste my $400 and then have to go spend $800 somewhere else!

Dirty,rude guest service, smells like cigarettes everywhere,live roaches on public area and room,pay for the breakfast included on fare and they are not serving, under construction, bed sheet dirty (hair on pillows and sheets and blankets), room 302 with ceiling with stains. I stay because I was new year midnight and did have other choice.

We had to ask for fresh sheets as the bedding had what looked like a dirty foot print on the comforter. Then the sheets had hair on them!! When taking a shower, the water never got over luke warm. Staff was very polite and made sure we had what we needes. Their is obvious improvements in the room and that there is construction going on.
