Friendly hotel with a beautiful view.
The staff were uniformly helpful and friendly. Our room with two queen size beds was typically small for NY (no chair or desk), but very comfortable. Nice shower. The view from our window on the 33rd floor was worth the price of the room.

Great rooms at a good location
A good place to stay for a few nights. Rooms were great with fantastic views and a comfy bed. The only downsides was the quality of breakfast options, some hot food was left cold for a long period of time and a lack of options meant we only had it once during our stay. Peak times also are a nightmare if you want to use the lift. Appreciate its a busy hotel with lots of floors, however it shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get downstairs, plus we had to take the stairs around 30 floors which was tiring. Perhaps need a look at making the lifts more frequent and routed better.

Elevator issue: Other than that a Great Stay!!
It was an amazing experience staying here. We were at the 45th floor so the view was great. Only 1 concern: There are 45 floors with approx. more than 15 rooms on each floor & only 4 elevators, out of which 1 was permanently "out of order". It was a grave inconvenience. People were waiting for avg. 20-25 mins for the elevator.

Hotel was clean, breakfast was great, location was great. The biggest flaw was the elevator which was terrible. Huge wait times throughout the day. If you are staying there ask to stay on a low floor so you can take the stairs. Otherwise the wait can be 30 minutes if not longer at times for the elevator.

Appreciated the location, quality of the shower toiletries, friendly staff. The room was spacious for NYC and so fresh and clean. Only issue was coffee was hard to find in the free breakfast place. I was in a bit of a hurry so I am sure I would have found it eventually. Quality of breakfast? Excellent.

NYC girls trip
Traveled a 3 woman, with mum and daughter. Hotel is in a great location was worried would be to far out but it was about 10 mins to Macy’s. There are some nice bars and restaurants nearby. Only thing with the hotel is the lifts are super busy and also it’s a bit mad at breakfast but that is worth having. Overall great stay and amazing view from our room!!
