Last minute holiday getaway...
The two gentleman at check in were so sweet. One of them actually walked us to our room so we found it. The room was small but quaint. It was very clean. The only problem we had was our upstairs neighbors being extremely loud the first night. We liked it so much we extended our stay another night. We will definitely be back again in the future.

We ♥️ Carr’s Cottages!
We’ve been going to Carr’s for 30+ years. We love the location being just up the hill from the strip. Close to everything yet it’s off the beaten path and looks and feels like you are in a very private setting with a beautiful and always ‘loud’ Roaring Fork Creek just off the balcony. Open your balcony door and hear the sounds of waterfalls! ♥️
So beautiful and private!
The furniture and beds are comfortable. It has a living room, kitchenette, bedroom with bathroom and a fireplace! We’ve seen bears there almost every time we’ve gone there but they do not bother anyone. One walked right by my son and I then turned to the creek and walked upon the big rocks in it.
Has a walking bridge over the creek.
And plenty of room by the creek to hang out and fire pits available!

Shower flooded, plus there was a dirty toenail clipping in the bathroom floor when we got there that was definitely not ours. Very disappointed in the “cabin” for the price.

Convenience and comfort
It felt like a cozy cabin and thats exactly what I wanted. Conveniently located near the 3rd stoplight in Gatlinburg. Lots to do within walking distance. I went to see the 4th of July midnight parade and the route took it right in front of the property. Comfy bed, great A/C with a balcony along the creek. Its my go to place when staying in Gatlinburg.
